  Family evening meal here at Cheers Bar. A little off the main drag but well worth a visit. Steak Pie is as good as it gets, with lovely chips, peas and delicious gravy. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff

  Short staffed but full of happy and cheer, the Sunday Dinner ROCKED. As did the steak pie, beautiful.

  Very good little bar. Got a fabulous Sunday lunch in here. Quizzes, bingo, karaoke,footy on the telly.

  I went to Cheers Bar on the advice of a fellow guest from the hotel in which I was staying. I ordered a cheeseburger with onion as well as a portion of chips. I'd assumed that the onion would be fried and placed on top of the cheese but I was wrong: it was raw. The burger itself was salty. The chips, though soft, were a very dark brown which suggested that the oil in which they had been prepared wasn't fresh. The waitress wasn't particularly pleasant and I was unable to make use of the free WiFi because my phone happened to be Android. I'd never heard of that one before. Not the experience I'd been expecting.

  Aftwr 10 days of eating Spanish we wanted a British bar. Looked on google for reviews and even ordered steak pie based on those reviews. Excellent food. Great kids, build your own meal menu and a bit of entertainment thrown in. Wished we had found the Cheers bar earlier in our holiday.
